What methods do SCRUB use to clean carpets?
SCRUB use the most advanced microsplitting technology to safely and thoroughly clean your carpets and interior textiles (read more about microsplitters here). The five-step method we employ is: 1) vacuuming the surface to be cleaned; 2) applying a microsplitting solution to break down dirt and stains; 3) agitating/brushing the pile or fabric; 4) fresh water rinse and extratction of soil, solution and moisture; 5) final pile rake for a uniform finish.
How much does it cost?
The cost of cleaning any carpet or interior textile is based on the time taken to complete the job. We are happy to quote over the phone or by email based on the size, number of rooms, or number of textiles in your home. Our minimum call-out fee is £35 (the price of a one-room clean), and a typical cost for cleaning two average-sized carpeted bedrooms would be £60. Please contact us for a free quote.
Is it safe?
Yes! The microsplitting technology we employ has been developed, tested and produced here in the UK - it is eco-friendly, biodegradable, derived from sustainable sources and safe for children, adults and animals (read more about microsplitters here). Tests carried out by independant researchers show that homes with clean carpets have the best air quality! (read details of the report here).
